In many companies, the number of Leads and Accounts that are stored in the CRM system is counted in hundreds or thousands of records 📜 Due to various matters or hectic everyday schedules 🗓️, it often happens that a given Account is added to the system at least twice 🤭

In these situations, it is a good idea to maintain proper database hygiene 🗂️ by merging the same records into one 🖇️📎 Fortunately, YetiForce CRM can easily deal with these types of challenges 😀

In today’s video from the series 📹, we present an example of searching for records in the "Accounts" module 🔎 that have the same data (e.g. email address) and then merge them to receive complete information about a given Account 😉

Today we are presenting an interesting fact for users whose Accounts are mainly private individuals 👩‍💼👨‍💼

In the next version of YetiForce CRM, we are going to implement a new solution that will be available during creating Accounts 🤝 After selecting a "Private individual" in the "Legal form" field, additional fields for name and surname 📋 will display below. In case of selecting other legal forms dedicated to companies 🏢, in the "Account name" field, it will be possible to enter the company’s name.

It appears to be a small change but usually minor details make using the YetiForce CRM system more user friendly 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Is that true❓😉
