The founder of the Foundation was Mr. Adil Abdel Aati. The Foundation achieves its goals through branches and programs/projects aligned with its statutory objectives. Objectives:

- Promote and protect human rights, democracy, and civil society.
- Encourage economic development and entrepreneurship.
- Support social integration across diverse communities.
- Provide education on human rights, democracy, and socio-economic issues.
