The next phase of modernizing the Góra Kalwaria swimming pool is about to begin, including upgrades to key systems—air temperature & humidity control, heat exchange, and water circulation. These new systems will be modern, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly! 🍃

⚡ Smart energy use – The upgrades will integrate with a new, user-friendly building management system.
☀️ Solar power for sustainability – Photovoltaic panels will be installed to help power the facility.

This transformation is part of the EU-funded FORTESIE project, which supports energy-saving innovations and community engagement across 27 EU countries.

🌍 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗘 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 🌍

At the end of September, our experts participated in the 3rd Plenary Meeting in beautiful Riga, Latvia, alongside all partner organizations from the FORTESIE Consortium. 🌱✨

The meeting focused on discussing progress, sharing insights, and aligning future goals for upcoming actions. Over two productive days, partners showcased and discussed advanced technologies, including blockchain, digital currency, and a gamified app design. Additionally, we participated in workshops on scaling innovative business models and implementing building renovation pilots. 🏗️ It is always a pleasure to collaborate with such skilled and ambitious partners!

🌏 Exciting News! October marked the kick-off meeting in Athens for the project we are proudly part of, along with 26 other fantastic partner organizations across Europe.

🌱 The overarching goal of FORTESIE project is to formulate, showcase, verify, and replicate inventive renovation packages within the building industry, which come with Smart Performance-Based guarantees and financing, ultimately striving for Efficient, Sustainable, and Inclusive Energy (ESIE) use. 💡

🌏 Last week, our experts visited beautiful Gijon to attend to the 2st plenary meeting of the FORTESIE project under the scheme - to connect, present and summarize the completed tasks within the project and to plan further actions, directed towards achieving greater sustainability in infrastructure and enhancing energy efficiency! ⚡️
