Last week, as we do every year, we joyfully welcomed summer together.
The sun was kind to some, while others were blessed with gentle breezes. ☀️🍃
Nevertheless, it didn't stop us from having a great time and spending some quality time together.

There were plenty of conversations, delicious food, and even a football match.

It's nice to occasionally gather in a larger group.

Workation is a blend of work and leisure.

Three months ago, we tried it out on Fuerteventura - a perfect mix of work and play, and it was a big hit! Thanks to Wojtek's brilliant initiative, our teams were able to switch up their surroundings and experience a more relaxed yet productive environment. And the best part? It had a super positive effect on our teams!

Dominika even mentioned how much it helped with team bonding and collaboration. People returned relaxed, with receptive mind and full of energy for work. A huge shoutout to Wojtek for coming up with this fantastic idea that we'll definitely be incorporating into our company culture going forward!
