Job in Poland (Gdynia) — Salmon Packing, No Gutting!
Looking for simple, clean work in Poland?
This job is for men, women, and couples – no experience or Polish required!
💸 Pay Rates:
▫️ 23.50 PLN/h net
▫️ Students under 26: 30.50 PLN/h
🎁 100 PLN bonus after 230+ hours
💵 Avg monthly income: 5500–6000 PLN
🕒 Shifts:
▫️ 6:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
▫️ 8–10 hrs daily
▫️ Overtime available (optional)
▫️ Sometimes night shifts
🏠 Accommodation – 500 PLN/month
💰 +1 PLN/h extra if using your own housing
🌡 Factory temp: +15°C
👕 New clean work clothes provided every 2 days
📋 Responsibilities:
▫️ Packing cut pieces of fresh & smoked salmon
▫️ Sorting products in boxes & pallets
▫️ Light post-processing: removing bones, fins – no intestines, no heads
✅ Age limit: up to 63
🧾 Medical check or sanitary book required (we help arrange it – 250 PLN deducted from salary)
🚫 No jewelry, fake nails, or eyelash extensions allowed
📍 Workplace is 20 min walk or public transport from housing
🧑🏭 Supervisor assigns tasks based on company needs
