This is the second time we’ve faced a disruption like this in a month. And while it’s definitely frustrating when work grinds to a sudden halt (deep breaths! 🧘‍♀️), moments like this are also a fascinating reminder of our reality.

We tend to forget how the internet actually works... until it stops working.

We like to think of the web as this infinite, invisible cloud. But in reality, so much of our digital lives rests on the shoulders of just a few key infrastructure providers. We rely on them for speed and security, all swimming in the same fast lanes. 🏊‍♂️⚡

When one of those pillars wobbles, the ripple effect is instant and global.

It’s honestly kind of wild to think that a single configuration error in one server room can simultaneously pause a designer’s project in London 🇬🇧, a student’s research in Tokyo 🇯🇵, and a startup’s launch in Warsaw 🇵🇱

We are more efficient than ever, but maybe a little more fragile than we admit.
