The rumours of Thrustmaster releasing their first Direct Drive wheel turn out to be false, with the manufacturer announcing a second version of their T-GT belt driver steering wheel.

Thrustmaster claims to have spent 23 000 R&D hours on developing the Force Feedback system, which supposedly makes it a worthy upgrade from the previous version.

The product is officially licenced for PS4 and PS5 with Gran Turismo being the main focus.

Studio 397 has announced a new championship called Formula Series with the aim to challenge RFactor2's best open wheel drivers in a team-based 6 round championship.

The series will boast a $25 000 prize pool and take place every other Monday, starting on July 19th. It will utilise a championship ladder system similar to rF2's GT Pro championship with a feeder series called Formula Challenge
