𝗔𝘁𝗺𝗼𝘀𝗽𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻.

You know that feeling when you walk into a space and something just clicks – you don’t know what exactly, but you relax?

That’s not an accident. Someone made a hundred small decisions that added up to that feeling. That’s the part of event design we’re most obsessed with.

For this winter project we built eight themed zones – kintsugi, origami, cocktail lab, casino, swing, glam room, photo zone, champagne bar. Each one looked and felt different. Together they made sense.

The Christmas tree was built from ~100 poinsettias. The lighting was warm and uneven – some corners bright, some dim – the kind that makes people look good and stay longer without realising why.

The evening peaked with a giant piñata heart. We filled it with 62,400 handwritten wishes and an unreasonable amount of candy. When it broke open, 500 people went completely feral for about 90 seconds. It was perfect.

None of it was decoration for decoration’s sake. Every choice was about making people feel something – comfortable enough to talk to unknown colleagues, curious enough to wander, present enough to actually enjoy the evening.

That’s what good design does. And that’s what we’re here for.

𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗵, 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘆, 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘀

The goal was to create a corporate event that increases engagement, strengthens internal connections, and eliminates “forced fun” for a demanding 25–40 audience.

Work started 9 months in advance: how to design an environment where people naturally engage, stay longer, and interact on their own terms?

We built the entire project architecture around that principles:
𝗦𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘇𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 – activities, bars, food stations, music, and quiet corners coexisted across floors with clear navigation
𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 – masterclasses (kintsugi, origami, cocktails), casino, photo zone, swing installation – all staggered so guests could flow between them naturally
𝗙&𝗕 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗾𝘂𝗲𝘂𝗲𝘀 – stations duplicated across floors, staffed up during peak hours, with vegan / gluten-free / lactose-free options fully integrated
𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 – stage, sound, light, DJ, live performances – all built around the space, not borrowed from a standard rider
𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 – weekly syncs, shared timeline, transparent budget, backup plans for every moving part

Great events don’t happen. They’re engineered.
