🌿 How can businesses combine positive impact with financial success? Where should organisations begin when implementing ESG – and how can they do it wisely? The panel discussion “ESG Means Business”, featuring Irena Pichola, Przemysław Kuna, and Paweł Potakowski, opened the track on the first day of Masters & Robots 2025.
“ESG is not just about directives, regulations, and legal acts that companies must instantly comply with. What truly matters is thorough analysis of the business and honest conversations – with clients, employees, and suppliers – about their needs and challenges,” said Przemysław Kuna.
🧠 “If you have a brain, you have bias,” said Dr. Poornima Luthra on stage during Masters & Robots 2025.
Her inspiring keynote on diversity, equity and inclusion ( ) was one of the highlights of the first day and the ESG track. “Fortunately, most of our biases are unconscious – they are mental shortcuts, stereotypes that prevent our brains from overheating from too much information,” explained Dr. Poornima.

🤖 Throughout history, building cathedrals was humanity’s way of striving for immortality. Today, instead of cathedrals, we build chips, machines, and embodied AI. Agnieszka Pilat explored these questions in her thought-provoking keynote, followed by an insightful conversation with Jowita Michalska about the future of art in the digital era.

💡 Panel featuring Jan Domanik, Katarzyna Rusek, and Marta Mikliszańska explored how technology companies are promoting digital inclusion and developing future skills.

🌐 Who is an ethical hacker? How should organisations respond when one knocks on their door? And how can they build valuable relationships with them? Gynvael Coldwind shared his first-hand insights in a thought-provoking keynote that opened the track.
🔐 Cyber wars are the third-largest business in the world. Are we ready for this? With this question, eugeniusz twaróg opened a panel featuring experts Robert Jagura, Malgorzata Domagala, Patryk Geborys, and Anna Koral-Zagórska. The experts discussed what companies are doing – and what they should be doing – to defend against modern cyberthreats.
