🔴 Team communication - Establishing rules for remote communication, precisely formulating messages, listening to others, immediate feedback, checking understanding
🔴 Making decisions under time pressure - Setting a strategy despite the lack of all data, collecting data from team members, agreeing decisions with the team, verifying the strategy
🔴 Dealing with change - Finding your way in the initial chaos (misunderstanding the rules, new situation), reacting to changes in the game without losing commitment, colliding with your own and others' emotions in a situation of change, supporting others in change
🔴 Project management - Establishing an action plan, dividing tasks, monitoring goal achievement, summarizing between rounds and verifying action, celebrating success

Christmas is getting closer! ✨ If you work in the HR department, find out what challenges await you during this time 😅
🛎 Inspection of Santa's Workshop - make sure the room has at least 80% more Christmas chains and 50% more glitter. Safety tip: Be prepared for spontaneous outbursts of caroling.
🛎 Santa Stocking Assessment - check employee stockings to make sure they are filled with joy, humor and the right amount of candy canes.
🛎 Ugly Sweater Contest - host a fashion show to determine who will wear the ugliest Christmas sweater. Bonus points if it lights up or rings.
🛎 Desk Decorating: Encourage employees to transform their workstations into festive wonderlands.
