Our Children’s Day celebration brought lots of joy, creativity and fun for the employees’ children 👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

The afternoon was filled with activities such as interactive games and animations, figurine painting workshops, a special visit from our teddy bear mascot, and a vibrant UV Party with a confetti finale full of excitement and laughter.🎊🧸

A huge thank you to all the children and parents for participating. It was a wonderful opportunity to spend time together and create shared memories beyond the everyday work routine! 💙

Recently, we had the opportunity to support the Fundacja "Africa Help" in Poznań and their inspiring project, African Fashion House 🌍

As part of our initiative, we donated clothes collected within our company, giving them a second life in the foundation’s boutique in the city center.

The boutique offers carefully selected second-hand items, and all proceeds support the foundation’s humanitarian projects in Africa - currently focused on building a well in South Sudan 💧

Our employees also took part in a volunteer day, helping to sort clothes for the spring collection and prepare them for sale. 👗👚👢
Additionally, volunteers joined a professional photoshoot, showcasing outfits created from pieces available in the boutique, proving that sustainable fashion can be both meaningful and stylish 📸

What if different minds weren't seen as a challenge, but as our greatest strength? 🚀

At Next Technology, we recently completed a training on neurodiversity in the workplace, delivered by Paulina Gołaska, PhD from the Centrum Wspierania Relacji Fundacja Relacyjni. It is worth mentioning that we connected with the foundation thanks to the Mentoring Walk initiative, organized by the Stowarzyszenie Centrum PISOP and ABSL Poland Poznań.

The sessions helped us understand how different cognitive styles shape our daily work and how small, intentional changes in communication and structure can make a massive difference for everyone.

💡 Some of our key takeaways:
* Neurodiversity is a natural and valuable part of human diversity — it's about different ways of processing information - not deficits
* Clear, direct communication and predictable structures support better collaboration for the whole team.
* Diverse cognitive styles are a driver for innovation, creativity, and fresh perspectives.

Xmas Day 2025 – A Magical Day Together! 🎄✨

This year’s Xmas Day brought together many of us to celebrate, create and share the festive spirit.
We started the day with a delicious Xmas Bake Sale, where homemade treats helped raise funds to support a family through Szlachetna PACZKA. 🍰
In the afternoon, we continued the celebration with cosy festive refreshments, setting the mood for the rest of the evening. 🍲
During our Xmas Workshop, we crafted beautiful holiday cards and enjoyed some creative time together. 🎄
To wrap up the evening, we sang carols and Xmas songs accompanied live by two of our talented colleagues, filling the space with warmth, music and festive joy. 🎤✨
