🎤 VOCALISTS: VOICE CARE MUST-KNOWS
Save this 🙌
1️⃣ Olive oil (classic)
Take a spoon of olive oil and hold it in your mouth for 10–15 minutes
Then spit it out
❗️DO NOT swallow
2️⃣ Voice rest
Talk less, no whispering ❗️
Whispering strains your vocal cords even more
3️⃣ Warm water
Drink it regularly (you can add honey or sugar)
4️⃣ Hydration
Humid air + steam + throat sprays
5️⃣ No coffee, alcohol, or cold drinks 🚫
They dry and irritate your vocal cords
6️⃣ Gentle warm-ups only after recovery
No pushing, no “singing through pain”
7️⃣ Sleep
Your voice recovers during sleep 😴
8️⃣ Not a replacement for water ❗️
Oil is just an addition, not the main thing
Keep drinking warm water
9️⃣ Don’t overdo it
Once a day is enough
❗️ Main rule: if it hurts — don’t sing
