The International Federation of Medical Students' Associations - Poland invites all students at PUMS to become a part of a grand international community of ambicious future medics who wish to become the change they want to see in the society. With its branches and divisions, its members and programs connect our student body with each other, as well as with faculty, staff, administrators, and oppor
tunities both inside and outside the school. We challenge ourselves this year to open our doors to students in new and creative ways, in an effort to better demonstrate our purpose and our plans for our student body and our school. To achieve these objectives, we have developed bylaws to support and to help keep our vision and projects for the school as dynamic as possible at every turn. Our duties then must keep in mind at all times: Are we consistently communicating with the students whom we represent? On the other side of that question is an equally critical query: are students aware of our purpose and our goals? In addition to this crucial check on our work, we also look to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. To this end, we are committed to embracing new methods of collaboration, cost-cutting, fund-raising, and innovation, in and out of the office. This is by the students, and for the students. It is our hope that with these criteria, and through relevant and necessary advocacy, legislation, and programming, students will benefit from a richer medical education, in an environment conducive for learning. Consequently, students will be better able to utilise the resources of our university, for individual and collective improvement and development, both during and after their years of study
