I’ve had these three bread paintings for a while now. They were part of a series of 12 that I exhibited a bunch.
They are 16x16” oil on wood and do not need to be framed.
Normally they have been priced at $1000
I’d like more room on my bread wall in the studio so I’ll be glad to offer them for $450+ $20 shipping

2: “Black Russian Bread”
3: “Cheese Babka”
Or if someone wants all three: $1200 & free shipping

Get • I wrote a new post partly inspired by a conversation with on one of our morning walks in reference to a post he recently published about “What Kills Us Should Drive Us.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In this essay, I extend his idea by suggesting that what kills us does, in fact, continue to drive us. I examine how our unconscious collective fear of annihilation may bring about our eventual demise from a psychodynamic lens and through the analysis of the Greek myth of Erysichthon, pictured here.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This painting is called “Erysichthon Selling His Daughter,” painted by the Dutch Golden Age painter, Jan Steen.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
