SMART Path is designed to help you achieve your goals through modular project implementation. You have the power to choose a mandatory module, invest in R&D works or implement their results, and add as many optional modules as you need to succeed (such as digitalization, greening, internationalization, skills development, and R&D infrastructure).

This support is available to businesses and their consortia. If a consortium is involved, the business must act as the lead. Large businesses must also collaborate with SMEs during project implementation.

The comprehensive support provided under this initiative covers the following modules: R&D, innovation implementation, R&D infrastructure, digitization, greening of businesses, internationalization, and competencies. Large businesses must include the R&D module in their project, while SMEs must include either R&D or innovation implementation. The other modules are optional.
