Why does it happen? Well, what most trainers do, once they encounter a challenging situation, they move around these three options:

• Stick to the script. You’ve prepared well, and it provides structure.
• Pause the session and talk to the group about what’s going on.
• Take a break so everyone can reset before continuing.

If you connect with your group on a more intuitive level before and during the training, learning will naturally go deeper.
You'll be more attuned to underlying barriers that often prevent participants from fully absorbing or applying what they’ve learned. By using your intuition consciously, these blocks can come to the surface, giving you the opportunity to address them.

Yes, this can lead to some “mess” in the group, but as a trainer, you want to make an impact. Ignoring these underlying issues may make the training feel pointless, as participants won't put much into practice afterward.

Creating communities, one meal at a time.
Growing Flavours is an experiential learning project focused on the social inclusion of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities, through a variety of activities related to food and cooking, aiming to empower the participants by creating a strong sense of community.

Preparatory Visit (30th April 2024 - 3rd May 2024)
Youth Exchange (15th July- 27th July 2024)
📍 Where: KulturHaus (Bremen, Germany)
🤝 Who: Participants aged 18-30 years old
