Disconnect to Connect

re-programming myself using different methods. I kept exploring self-development and spirituality. I discovered the enormous power of breathwork, movement, and sound and understood that our subconscious mind has the ability to heal us. Holistic and conscious living became part of me. I finished many courses and attended endless workshops to be able to pass my knowledge to you in the best possible way. I created this project to share with you the powerful methods that have transformed my life. And if you feel that there is something you need or want to change, I believe they will also transform yours. Cause given the right environment and tools, we are able to change our habits and behaviors that no longer serve us.
