We have local, regional, national and European offer, to deliver workshops on personal and professional development for adults, teachers, trainers, young people and youth leaders, in Leszno and surroundings; for schools and companies. We offer:
- Cycle of workshops, for schools and companies: Workshops on personal development, wellbeing, mindfulness and soft skills.
- Weekend Training: Two days wo

rkshops on personal development, wellbeing, mindfulness and soft skills.
- Project Writing: We work with Erasmus+ Projects KA1, KA2 (sector of youth) developing cooperation between NGOs and Social Entreprises.
- Training: Ready to deliver and facilitate Training Courses and Seminars. Our methodology is based in years of experience in European projects and training courses. The workshops are based on self-reflective learning, simulations, energizers and team building activities, experiential learning, non-formal education and learning by doing. 🥰There are moments in our professional and personal lives, when we have absolutely no doubts that our work is worth... The past week was just one of these moments. There is no better feeling, than the feeling that what we do is meaningful to us and to others 🤗.

We have a wonderful full week, which ended with the study visit to the Invisble House in Wrocław.

🎯🔥Our games are becoming more popular than the famous characters "Skills Match" contain 😄 Not everyone may know who Usian Bolt is (no, he did not create Bolt), or who Dwayne Johnson is (no, he is not Michael Jackson's cousin 😄) but most people who know us and our work, know what the board game SKILLS MATCH is... Not everyone may know who Joan of Arc or Rosa Parks are; but they know what EMPATHY STARTS HERE is....and the games keep going everywhere and supporting young people and youth workers in understanding and developing soft skills.

🧐👀 One of the results of our focus groups with youth workers, early this year, when planning activities that would help their well-being was: to have support and activities related to relaxation techniques, including breathing techniques.
Based on it, we have held our workshop "Joga for Well-being and Breathing Techniques", together with OMMM Szkoła Jogi, Yoga School,, to support well-being in youth work 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♂️.
A workshop very much needed, which we are greateful we could organize and host. We end our 2025 workshops in a Christmas accent, wishing all youth workers and young people an wonderful Christmas 🎁🎅🎄, filled with resting, relaxing and warm happy moments and a Happy New Year ✨🎉🪄.
We come back in 2026 to continue supporting your well-being ☯🍀.
