Next Generation Performance

We have just wrapped up the Neuromuscular Profiling in Practice workshop at Next Generation Performance Kraków.

We are truly grateful for the full attendance, active participation, and high-level discussion around a topic that is demanding, but increasingly necessary.

The demand for sport technology is growing much faster than the standards for working with data. That is why we believe workshops like this can actively contribute to building better systems for managing athletes and organisations - systems that integrate multiple sources of information and, most importantly, help translate data into meaningful decisions.

We spent over 6 months developing the material for this course. We hope this handbook will help participants raise the standard of both training and physiotherapy practice.

The next edition takes place in July - only half of the spots are still available.

Recently, Julia Balacha visited the ESSKA Congress in Prague, looking at the entire process through the eyes of sports medicine physicians.

The foundation of our work has always been orthopaedic physiotherapy - and this is the area in which we constantly aim to develop the most. Since the very beginning of the project in 2019, we have believed that a strong understanding of biology and medicine is one of the key advantages in successful return-to-sport processes. At the same time, we know that strength and conditioning is only one part of the process. Successful rehab requires understanding, respecting, and integrating the perspectives of all specialists involved.

We are genuinely proud to see our team so proactively expanding its competencies in international environments and bringing that perspective back into our daily work.

This weekend, we switch roles.
This time, we will be on the teaching side - leading the Neuromuscular Profiling in Practice workshop in Kraków.

Mateusz, gratulacje za Twoją pracę, zaangażowanie i wkład w ten sukces. Cieszymy się, że możemy być częścią tej drogi i wspierać profesjonalny sport tam, gdzie liczą się wysokie standardy i długofalowe podejście do rozwoju organizacji.
