✅ Successful Overhaul of a Heat Exchanger in a Terephthalic Acid Complex

Polimer Tech has successfully completed the refurbishment of a heat exchanger operating in an aggressive chemical environment.

The scope of work included:

• Developing a project plan and obtaining approval from the Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
• Replacing the expansion joint.
• A new tube bundle with tube sheets.
• Replacing main connection bolts, nuts, and gaskets.
• Conducting ECT and NDT inspections.
• Performing a helium leak test in the shell and a hydraulic test in both spaces.
