Today’s wrist game sets the tone immediately.
A 39 mm steel case. Two registers. A dial built in layers — black scale on the outside, blue KM markings closer in, and that exact kind of tension the light knows how to catch.
This is an Eberhard & Co. Pre-Extra Fort Chronograph with a manual-wind Valjoux 65 and 17 jewels, circa 1950s. It was serviced on 04-05-2026, but the detail that stays with you is the chronograph control itself: the upper pusher and the lower side slider give this watch its own distinct gesture.
An original dial and period-correct acrylic complete the picture without excess.
Era on the wrist.

Today, the wrist game is all about proportion.
A 1960s Longines Admiral Mystery. Steel case, 33 mm. Original dial. Period-correct acrylic crystal. Compact on paper, but with real presence once it lands on the wrist.
That is the beauty of pieces like this. One detail catches the light. Another defines the character. And suddenly you have a watch that does not need size to stay memorable.
Inside: automatic caliber 350. Serviced. Old-school watchmaking that still looks exactly right in the everyday gesture of checking the time.
