Off Season Preparation Training Program: Phase 1

Basic training program to start preparation for your next season.

This first phase is designed to build the foundations. It is focused on general strength, hypertrophy and adaptation to jumping.

The main exercises have eccentric and isometric features to increase the total time under tension.
That kind of work helps you muscles and tendons recovery after last season and prepare them to phase 2.
Each training session also includes jumps tailored to the nature of strength exercises.

Who is this program for?
Volleyball players with minimum average experience with strength training

What's included?
4 weeks, 3 days/week training plan with planned progression
Warm Up and Main Part of training session where exercises are presented with all details (load or %RM reps, sets, rest time) including video presentation of each one.
