SPE Quetta Chapter

The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) Executive Body elections for 2025-2026 were formally announced on 10 October. Interested candidates were invited to submit their applications by the closing date of 17 October. Following a thorough review of all applications the final selection interviews were conducted on 20 October. After completion of the interview process and a comprehensive evaluation during a meeting of faculty advisor and all faculty members of petroleum and gas engineering department BUITEMS candidates were assessed based on merit, leadership potential, and suitability for their respective roles. As a result of this rigorous selection process the following members were finalized and appointed to various designations within the SPE Executive Body.

🌟 Recruitment Success at BUITEMS! 🌟

Sprint Oil and Gas Services conducted a successful recruitment test for our recent graduates from the Department of Petroleum and Gas Engineering, BUITEMS, on Wednesday, December 11, 2024.

We were honored to welcome the esteemed delegates from Sprint Oil and Gas Services, with a warm reception by Prof. Dr. Ghulamullah Khan Kakar (Dean, Faculty of Engineering & Architecture), Dr. Imtiaz Ali (Chairman, P&G Department), Engr. Syed Israrullah (Faculty Advisor, SPE Student Chapter) and Zafar Abro (Co- Ordinator for Field Affairs). A Shield of Honor was presented as a token of appreciation by the Dean (FoE &A).
