Being sensitive to the local culture, religious norms & practices, GLOBE approach towards developmental activities is based on community participation, facilitation and advocacy. An important element of GLOBE intervention is the active involvement of local community right from the need identification to planning, implementation & maintenance stage, for ensuring ownership & sustainability.
