FAISALABAD: The city once again witnessed violence on Saturday but this time over an accident that claimed life of a student(Student of Government College of Technology, Faisalabad). The boy mounted on a top of the bus, fell from the bus to meet his death in the accident this morning. Police arrested the bus driver. People coupled with the students from nearby educational institutions, rising in anger, blocked the road for traffic and raised heated slogans. Meantime, the bus was set on fire. The fire brigade arrived; but, the bus was completely gutted before any rescue could be resorted. Students and their parents also demanded the administration to bind the drivers to comply with the traffic rules and the licenses of the irresponsible ones should be cancelled. Source
