After yet another polio case was detected in North Waziristan on Friday, the country’s tally of the virus for the current year has reached 11, as compared to just one case last year.

On the other hand, the top global health body said Pakistan was among the four countries reporting the wild poliovirus (WPV) besides Afghanistan, Mozam­bique and Malawi.

While all the cases in Pakistan this year were reported from North Waziris­tan, eight of them emerged from the Mir Ali area alone.

The latest victim of the crippling disease is an eight-month-old boy who has been paralysed by the WPV. According to an official of the Ministry of National Health Services, the child belonged to Mir Ali in North Waziristan.

Public Accounts Committee (PAC) has made a remarkable recovery of Rs. 612,253.89 million from December, 2018 to May, 2022 as informed by the office of Auditor General of Pakistan.

Chairman PAC, Noor Alam Khan, lauded this unprecedented achievement of PAC, praised the efforts of PAC members and appreciated the hard work of its staff, said a press release.

He declared that only an unbiased and non-political accountability process could bring this nation together and restore the faith of public on parliament. It is also stated that a complaint was received from the displaced students of Pakistanis who got admission in the Ukrainian Medical Universities but were displaced due to current war between Ukraine and Russia. The PAC resolved the genuine problem of those students by obtaining report from Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC). Those students would be adjusted/admitted in the Pakistan’s medical institutions/colleges after fulfilling required SOPs of the PMC and respective institutions/colleges, read the press release.

ماڑی پیٹرولیم کمپنی اور میسمون خیل قوم کا اختجاج!
ہم سب کو چاہئے کہ قومی مفاد اور آپس میں اتفاق و اتحاد کا مظاہرہ کرے۔
اتفاق ہو تو کوئی کام مشکل نہیں، آپس میں اتفاق نا ہو تو ممکن کو ناممکن بنایا جا سکتا۔۔۔۔
ذرائع سے معلوم ہوا ہے کہ
ماڑی پیٹرولیم کمپنی کے زمہ دار آفسران ، ڈپٹی کمشنر اور اسپیشلی جی او سی ایک دو دنوں میں کابل خیل قوم کیساتھ جرگہ کریگا۔
ہمیں چاہئے کہ پہلے سے اس پر ہوم ورک کرے۔
سب سے پہلے ایک قومی جرگہ بلایا جائے جس میں چیدہ چیدہ مشران، نوجوانان وغیرہ کو بلایا جائے، تاکہ تحریری طور پر مشترکہ مطالبات پیش کیا جائے۔

دوسری اہم بات جو کہ ایک حقیقت ہے کہ ماڑی کمپنی سے میسمون خیل قوم کے زمین، گھر بار وغیرہ کو زیادہ نقصان پہنچے گا، آئین اور قانون کیمطابق زمین کے مالک مکان کا اپنا حق مخفوظ ہے اور مراعات وغیرہ میں انکا زیادہ حق بنتا ہے۔۔۔۔
اسلئے ضروری ہے کہ قوم میسمون خیل کو ریاست پاکستان کے آئین اور قانون کیمطابق اپنا حق دیا جائے، کابل خیل قوم کو چاہئے کہ انکا ساتھ دیجئے۔
لیکن اس کا ہرگز مقصد یہ نہیں کہ قریبی علاقہ اور اہلیان کو اگنور کیا جائےاگر اس کمپنی میں روزگار کے حوالے سے کمپنی کو انجینیر چاہئے تو ٹھیک ہے پہلا Preference میسمون خیل کو دیا جائے اگر نا ہو پھر باقی کابل خیل (شیواہ) کا حق بنتا ہے، اس طرح اگر شیواہ میں کوئی نا ہو تو سپین وام اور دوسرے اضلاع کا بھی حق بنتا ہے۔
اس کے علاوہ اگر یہاں پر کوئی ٹھیکہ ہو تو میسمون خیل قوم کو دیا جائے اگر کوئی ٹھیکہ لینے والا نا ہو تو پھر باقی کا بھی حق ہے وغیرہ وغیرہ۔۔۔

ضرورت اس امر کی ہے کہ ہم آئین و قانون کیمطابق آگے چلنا چاہئے اور آئین و قانون کو سمجھنا چاہئے، کہ ہمارا شئیرز کتنا بنتا ہے؟

یہ بھی ایک حقیقت ہے کہ اگر قوم کے درمیان اتفاق ہو، پھر یہ زیادہ پریشر ڈال سکتا ہے، اور اپنے جائز مطالبات آسانی سے منوا/حاصل کر سکتے ہیں۔
یہ موقع ہے اور ہمیں اس موقع سے فائدہ اٹھانا چاہئے۔
