Kindly start offering "Remote Summer Internships" for fresh graduates or university students.
Either paid/free, but they're lots of remote/backward areas where students lack opportunities.
A big chunk of youth there is educated yet unemployed. Not all of them can afford migrating out of small towns especially there are lots of educated females who want to learn and explore new opportunities.
Believe me, the students of these areas are talented and hard working but waiting for such remote/online (legitimate) opportunities.
Give them a chance to showcase their talent.
