DEPUTY MANAGER CORPORATE RELATIONS - FEMALE

We’re looking for a dynamic DM - Corporate Relations to join our growing team!

Location: Gulgasht – MULTAN

Key Requirements:

• Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management: Liaise with clients and business communities, serve as a key contact for stakeholders, and coordinate cross‑functionally to support relationship strategies.
• Business Development & Strategic Growth: Identify partnerships, drive revenue through business management and market intelligence, and ensure timely responses to tenders and mission communications.
• Brand, CSR & Events Management: Promote our HR services, lead business initiatives, capture high‑profile business opportunities, and support through strategic initiatives.
• Operations, Compliance & Communication: Address client concerns, manage official communications, draft proposals, lead audits, monitor departmental activities, and maintain competitive insights.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration/HR (BBA/MBA in HR or MHRM)
• 5–8 years of relevant HR or Contract management experience
• In‑depth knowledge of diplomatic protocols and formal communications
• Strong knowledge of business protocols and formal communication
• Proven expertise in clients and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
