AlKhidmat Hospital Multan is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Director Operations. This is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the hospital's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Position: Director Operations
Location: AlKhidmat Hospital, Multan
Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise overall hospital operations including clinical and administrative departments.

Ensure effective implementation of hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance patient care services.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and quality assurance measures.

Liaise with external stakeholders including PMDC, PHC, and other regulatory bodies.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MBBS with post-graduation in Master in Public Health (MPH), MS Hospital Management, or any other relevant discipline recognized by PMDC and PHC.

Experience: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations, preferably in a leadership role.

Strong leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
