Job Title: Telesales Executive & Transcribers

Duties & Responsibility:
- Managing large amounts of outbound calls.
- Generating sales leads.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about
a product or service using scripts.
- Answering questions about products or the company.
- Taking and processing orders in an accurate manner, handling
grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future
sales.
- Keeping records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Must have excellent communication skills in English.
- Target achieving mentality.
- Previous experience as a telesales representative or other
sales/customer service role will get preference.
- Enthusiasm and passion for completing the assigned task.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

- N/A
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
-Salary: 20K + Additional sales bonus.
-Night Shift employes Salary 30k + Additional sale bouns.
