سپریم کورٹ کے سینئر وکیل اور ممبر خیبر پختونخوا بار کونسل احمد فاروق خٹک ایڈووکیٹ جوڈیشل کمیشن آف پاکستان کے ممبر منتخب ہو گئے۔خیبر پختونخوا بار کونسل کی جنرل باڈی کا اہم اجلاس وائس چیئرمین اسفندیار خان کی زیر صدارت منعقد ہوا، جس میں احمد فاروق خٹک ایڈووکیٹ کو آئندہ دو سال کے لیے جوڈیشل کمیشن آف پاکستان کا ممبر منتخب کرنے کی منظوری دی گئی۔ اجلاس میں چیئرمین ایگزیکٹیو کمیٹی ملک عماد اعظم سمیت دیگر ممبران بار کونسل نے بھرپور شرکت کی۔ انتخاب کے بعد خیبر پختونخوا بار کونسل کی جانب سے باقاعدہ نوٹیفکیشن بھی جاری کر دیا گیا ہے، جس کے تحت احمد فاروق خٹک اب کمیشن میں بار کونسل کی نمائندگی کریں گے۔
