AFAQ Mardan

Today, AFAQ Mardan conducts an interactive and purposeful session on Examination Management System (EMS) with the respected Principals of the Alkhidmat Schools System at the Alkhidmat Peshawar Office by Zahid Rahman (Zonal Head AFAQ Mardan Zone). 15 Management staff from 12 Schools participate in this session.
The session focused on strengthening the academic assessment framework in line with modern educational standards. During the discussion, it was mutually agreed that Alkhidmat Schools will transition from traditional content-based teaching to Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)-based teaching, ensuring that classroom instruction is more structured, measurable, and learner-centered.
The session allowed principals to actively engage, share insights, and clarify operational aspects of EMS implementation, including assessment design, result compilation, and performance analysis.
This strategic shift reflects Alkhidmat’s commitment to quality education and continuous improvement.
