Talu – e – Millat wishes to provide people with the best in medical health by working with existing hospitals and charities to regularly set up blood drives and free medical camps in areas with little or no healthcare facilities. The organisation also wishes to set up its own permanent free medical facilities in these areas. Beyond the medical assistance, the organisation will be setting up community awareness campaigns with regards to communicable diseases and environmental factors related to health. These campaigns along with micro infrastructure development programmes including but not limited to water purification systems, garbage collection systems, safe parks and play areas for children and the construction of covered drainage systems for sewerage and rain water will aim to make communities cleaner, healthier and more wholesome. Talu – e – Millat aims to provide assistance to the much ignored, yet the very deserving parts of our community. Through our site offices in impoverished communities and through our network of volunteers we aim to collect first-hand information about the truly deserving and to provide them with help including but not limited to, monthly kitchen supplies, clothes for special occasions, dower and marriage support programmes to decrease the burden on poor families as well as vocational training and the provision of micro financing and the tools necessary for families to start their own businesses with the aim to make them self-sufficient.
