⚖ کم از کم 3 ماہ سے 6 ماہ تک قید
💰 دو لاکھ روپے جرمانہ یا دونوں سزائیں ایک ساتھ!

یہ قانون خواتین کو گھر سے غیر قانونی بے دخلی سے بچانے کے لیے بنایا گیا ہے۔
اب ہر عورت کو اپنے گھر میں محفوظ رہنے کا حق حاصل ہے۔
