Garlic & Chili Oil Creamy Spaghetti (150 g)
Ingredients:
β’ Spaghetti β 150 g
β’ Butter β 40 g
β’ Garlic (finely chopped) β 12 g
β’ Chili oil β 10 g
β’ Heavy cream β 120 g
β’ Crushed red chili β 2 g
β’ Fresh coriander (chopped) β 3 g
β’ Salt β to taste
Method:
1. Boil 150 g spaghetti until al dente and set aside.
2. In a pan, melt 40 g butter and lightly sautΓ© 12 g garlic.
3. Add 10 g chili oil and mix well.
4. Pour in 120 g heavy cream and stir.
5. Add the boiled spaghetti and toss until coated.
6. Finish with 2 g crushed chili and 3 g coriander on top.
π Spicy Red Chicken (500g)
π§ Ingredients:
β’ Chicken: 500 g
β’ Fried onions: 40 g
β’ Tomato paste: 30 g
β’ Red chili sauce: 30 g
β’ Coriander powder: 5 g
β’ Cumin powder: 5 g
β’ Turmeric powder: 2 g
β’ Red chili powder: 5 g (adjust to taste)
β’ Black pepper: 2 g
β’ Salt: 6 g (or to taste)
β’ Oil: 50 ml
β’ Water: 240 ml
π©βπ³ Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix chicken with fried onions, tomato paste, red chili sauce, and all spices.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken. Cook on medium heat.
4. When the chicken is half cooked, add water and cover.
5. Cook until the chicken is tender.
6. Increase heat and cook until water dries and oil separates.
Homemade Strawberry
jam Ingredients
1 kg fresh strawberries (washed and cut into
cubes)

700-800 g sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Method
1. Place the strawberries in a non-stick pan and add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well.
2. Cook on low heat, stirring gently until the sugar dissolves.
3. Increase the heat slightly and continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove any foam that forms on top.
5. Cook until the mixture thickens to a jam-like
consistency.
6. Remove from heat, let it cool slightly,
Makhmali chicken Kaali Mirach Chicken (1 kg)
Ingredients:
β’ Yogurt β 200 g
β’ Black pepper β 10 g
β’ Lemon juice β 20 g
β’ Oil β 60 g
β’ Coriander seeds β 10 g
β’ Cumin seeds β 5 g
β’ Bay leaf β 1
β’ Cinnamon stick β 1
β’ Onion β 200 g
β’ Cashew nuts β 50 g
β’ Green chilies β 20 g
β’ Ginger β 15 g
β’ Garlic paste β 15 g
β’ Salt β to taste

Method:
1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, black pepper, lemon juice for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil, add whole spices, then onion, cashew, green chili, ginger. Cook and blend into paste.
3. In oil, add garlic paste, then prepared paste.
4. Add marinated chicken and cook until tender and creamy.
