On 3rd July, SPADES and are bringing a talk that traces exactly that.

Speaker: Matipon Tangmatitham, Director of the International Training Centre of Astronomy at NARIT — the organization responsible for training the next generation of astronomers across Southeast Asia, under UNESCO.
