Under the visionary leadership of Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Uzma Quraishi, the Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), LCWU is pleased to announce that 13 projects from Lahore College for Women University have been shortlisted for the prestigious Punjab Innovation & Technology Expo (PINTECH) 2026, organized by the Punjab Higher Education Commission.

The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC), Lahore College for Women University (LCWU), is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of the Punjab, Department of Special Education. This collaboration aims to strengthen academic linkages and promote joint research initiatives in the field of Special Education.
The MoU signing ceremony was attended by Director ORIC LCWU; Dr. Saima Sharif, Chairperson STEM education, Prof. Dr. Fakhra Aziz, Head of the Department of Special Education, LCWU; Dr. Ibtasam Thakur; and Mr. Abdul Sattar, Director Academics, Government of the Punjab Special Education Department.
This partnership marks an important step toward advancing inclusive education and collaborative research.
