The Finance for Non-Financial Managers programme at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC-SDSB), LUMS equips managers and business leaders with the financial knowledge and analytical skills required to make informed, value-driven decisions. The Marketing Strategy: Transforming for the Digital Era programme concluded successfully at the Rausing Executive Development Centre (REDC), LUMS, bringing together marketing leaders and business executives to strengthen their ability to create customer-centric strategies and build sustainable competitive advantage in an increasingly digital marketplace.
Led by Dr. Adnan Zahid, alongside faculty Dr. Moeen Naseer Butt and Mr. Badar Khushnood, the programme provided participants with an immersive learning experience covering the core elements of marketing strategy, branding architecture, digital marketing strategy, AI-fuelled marketing decisions, and strategic marketing simulations. Through case discussions, simulations, and experiential learning, participants explored how organisations can anticipate customer needs, respond to evolving market dynamics, strengthen brand positioning, and develop integrated marketing strategies that drive long-term business growth.
The programme challenged participants to move beyond tactical marketing and adopt a strategic perspective that aligns customer value, brand leadership, digital transformation, and competitive positioning. Executives leave equipped with practical frameworks to make more informed marketing decisions, leverage emerging technologies, and develop strategies that create lasting value for both customers and organisations.
