Allah hu Akbar makes me feel brave. It makes me feel like I will not be harmed. It makes me realise that having ALLAH on my side makes all the difference. That even though everything is on fire all around the world today but Allah miyan hain na. So koi darr nahi.

There's something about the hub children that isn't ordinary. Their mindful, perceptive, kind eyes maybe? Or the hubb (hub samesame) of everything. Koi khaas dua hai inkay sath. Aik khaas energy hai inmai. Jahan jatay hain sath lay atay hain. Kuch bhee aam nahi hai inka. Aisay hee inka tandoor bhee aam nahi. Naa hee inki ma'am aam hain. Na inkay ustad. From street to street, they are conquering hearts and make whole a community that was left bruised and broken without ownership. Allah chose THEM for the reclamation of a people. The reclamation of neighbourhoods. The reclamation of unloved, unlived lives. I dont know how on earth we became a part of the story. I'm just glad that we did. The hub can't be explained in words. It has to be experienced.
Everyone came together to this in record time. AFD. The local Thana. Walled City. Gully Bites. Volunteers. The Community. Transgender activists. The sweepers. Even the local musicians and street side sellers joined in. Everyone loves it when our children do something new. Something unique. Something special.
