Job Responsibilities:

- Lead strategy for design, construction, and infrastructure projects.

- Oversee planning, ex*****on, and completion of all projects within scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Develop long-term infrastructure plans aligned with organizational growth.

Review and approve architectural designs, engineering plans, and construction schedules.

- Provide strategic input on project feasibility and procurement strategies.

- Monitor regional projects and guide consultants and contractors.

- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.

Manage budgeting and financial planning for construction projects.

Oversee tendering, contractor evaluation, and vendor management.

Ensure compliance with laws, safety regulations, and internal policies.

- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth project ex*****on.

Establish quality benchmarks for design and construction.

- Lead and develop the Design & Construction team.

- Prepare reports and updates for senior management.

- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
