FAYE'S MUSINGS

Today, I find freedom in the gentle breeze,
In the rustling leaves of the whispering trees.
I find it in the quiet, in the space between,
In the light that dances, unseen yet seen.

I find freedom in the rhythm of the rain,
In the ebb and flow of joy and pain.
In the breath that fills me, then sets me free,
In the boundless sky, in the vast, open sea.

Today, I find freedom in letting go,
In the seeds of hope that I choose to sow.
In the stories I tell, in the dreams I weave,
In the simple belief, in the power to believe.

I find freedom in the love I share,
In the strength, I find when I dare to care.
In the moments I live, true and raw,
In the beauty I see, in the awe I draw.

Today, I find freedom, and it finds me,
In the wiser self I am, and continue to be.
In the poem of life, in the verses I pen,
Today, I find freedom, again and again.
