We commonly use 'indexOf()' to find out the item from an array which will return -1 when the item for which you’re looking up the index isn’t found in the string or array at hand. We can use the `~` operator to shorten the implementation.
The '~' operator will return a truthy value for anything but -1, and !~ will do the opposite
