How to cope with the frustration (during preparation)?

As for frustration keep yourself calm, take breaks in study if you feel anger and frustration, as it is a by product of too much work, every person has its own "efficiency curve" beyond which he can not remain focused on the task at hand, gets distracted, and as a result gets frustrated on not being able to do what should have been done in that time. So take regular breaks, watch a movie or go out and hang up with friends or any activity that makes you fresh. As there is no benefit in sitting and continuing your work beyond your efficient level, as doing preparation in that period would be just like as you have done nothing. Resume after some hours when you feel fresh.
