Procheck is looking for an Administrative Assistant. The administrative assistant's responsibilities include supporting our managers and staff, assisting with everyday office tasks, and managing our organization's overall administrative operations.
Your role entails making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools like MS Excel and Office. In addition, the candidate must have:
-2+ years of work experience in an administrative role
-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize -work
-The ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative
-Attention to detail and problem solving skills
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
-Prepare documents including memos, emails, invoices and reports
-Write and edit documents like letters, reports and instructional documents
-Manage accounts and maintain ledgers of financial transactions
