Puray Pakistan mein kutton ka qatal ho raha hai. Aur iss mein hum sab ka haat hai kiunke hum apne ghar mein sirf naslee kuttay rakhna chaahte hain.
Jis din hum Huskies aur Labradors ki jagah desi kuttay ghar lana shuru karein ge, tab hee hum inhein bachaa sakein ge. Kiunke sarkon par yeh kabhi mehfooz nahi ho sakte.
Watch till the end to see what a little love and care can do.
When I met Ollie, he was heartbroken.
I took him from a family who claimed to have found him in this state. Whether that's true or not, one thing is clear: Ollie was let down by the humans around him. Badly.
His injuries are most likely from an accident, so he was probably dumped on the road and hit by a vehicle.
With that gaping wound and damaged eyes, he was probably wandering around blindly on the roads and no one thought to help him. Till this one family picked him up and waited days before getting him to a doctor.
He's been with me less than two weeks and this is what he's like now. His wound is shrinking. He can even see a bit. But best of all, he's gone from being a broken little dog to being a joyful little puppy.
I didn't even do anything. I just held him, and told him I loved him. At the end of the day, that's all he needed. For someone to see his pain and care about it.
If you'd like to support me in helping animals like Ollie, please donate. I'm perpetually in debt to vet clinics and every amount helps. Donation details in the pinned comment.

Jab mein pehli baar Ollie se mili, uski udaasi dekh kar mujhe laga keh woh andar se bilkul toot chukka hai.
Jis family se meine Ollie liya tha, unka kehna hai keh yeh unhein iss hi haal mein mila tha. Mujhe nahi pata iss mein kitni sachai hai. Magar ek baat bilkul saaf hai.
Ollie ko mere saath abhi 2 haftay bhi nai huay hain magar uska zakham bilkul chota sa reh gaya hai aur usko thora thora nazar bhi aana shuru hogaya hai. Aur saath saath uski udaasi bhi khatam hogai hai. Aaj woh ek khush mizaaj aur pyaar se bhara hua bacha hai.
Mein ne kuch khaas nahi kiya. Bus usse dher sara pyaar diya. Bas yehi chahiye tha use. Koi jo uski takleef dekhe aur uski parwah kare.
Agar aap Ollie jaise janwaron ki khidmat mein mera saath dena chahte hain toh please donate karein. Donation ki details pinned comment mein hain.

Murtaza Wahab says that only 20 people from Clifton and DHA want an end to dog culling.
Last night, over forty people joined us from all over Karachi: Lyari, Liaquatabad, Korangi and more. Our purpose is simple: stop dog culling and eradicate rabies.
Caring about animal lives is not elitest. Socioeconomic class and locality have nothing to do with compassion and empathy. It is elitest to suggest they do.
People all over Karachi understand what our "leaders" can't seem to: the continued existence of rabies is a systemic failure that can we can thank our government for. And culling dogs only makes the problem worse.

Mayor Karachi ko lagta hai keh puray shehr mein sirf 20 logon ko kutton ka khyal hai. Time aagaya hai yeh dekhaane ka keh humari taadad hazaaron mein hai!
Karachi, SHOW UP.

Aaj kal, Times of Karachi Jamaat-e-Islami se paise khaa kar gali ke kutton ke khilaaf jhooti khabrein phaila raha hai.
In khabron ka hamesha ek hi format hota hai: gali ke kutton ke stock image ke saath kutton ke kaatne ke aise daaway jinka koi saboot nahi hota. Na zakhmi logon ki tasveerein hoti hain, na hamlon ki CCTV footage, aur na hi koi medical report.
Lekin hamare paas saboot hai. Iss story mein woh daawa kar rahe hain ke ek madrassah ke bahar maujood kutton ne talaba par hamla kiya hai. Jabke hamare paas ek video hai jis mein is hee madrassah ke talaba ek sote hue kutte par bila-waja hamla kar rahe hain.
Agar unke daaway sach bhi hon, toh shayad agar madrassah apne talaba ko gali ke kutton ke saath sulaah-rehmi se pesh aana sikhaye, to woh kutte in badtameez bachon par hamla na karein.
These days, Times of Karachi has been taking money from Jamaat-e-Islami to spread disinformation against street dogs.
These street dogs follow the same pattern: a stock image of street dogs alongside unsubstantiated claims of dog attacks presented with no evidence. No pictures of injured people, no cctv footage of the attacks, not even a medical report.
But we have proof. In this story, they are claiming that dogs outside a madrassah have been attacking students. We have a video of students from this madrassah needlessly attacking a sleeping dog, without provocation.
Even if their claims are true, perhaps if the madrassah taught it's students to show kindness towards street dogs, they would not be so inclined to attack these brats?
Who gave humans the right to do this?
On the phone, this man told me that the dog was making a mess by bleeding everywhere and was a "pagal kutta".
Residents of DHA Karachi saw this severely injured dog taking shelter in a building and responded by shouting to scare him off.
They were least bothered about his pain. Their only concern was the "mess" he was making.
Also, apparently, this dog "attacked" a school van. Whatever that means.
Humans are so selfish. We colonise the land with our ugly buildings and start believing that no other creature has a right over it. That a tired, weary, injured dog just existing near us is a nuisance.
I have had this dog rescued and am getting him treated in clinical boarding. But I need your help in paying his medical bills.
Please donate whatever you can so that I can give this poor dog a space to finally rest and recover.

🆘️🆘️🆘️🆘️
URGENT APPEAL FOR FUNDS ‼️ ‼️
I owe A LOT of money to clinics now and the debt has become a heavy burden that I'm carrying every minute of every day. I've had to stop rescuing any more animals.
It's so painful turning away animals in need but I have no choice right now. Clinics aren't taking my cases anymore till I pay off what I already owe them.
The first two bills are for these wounded dogs that I've had in medical boarding. The third bill is for the healthcare of my rescue animals at home, especially the cats with chronic diseases. This includes medicated food, blood panels, and daily subcut fluids for three cats.
PLEASE HELP. Without your support, I simply cannot help anymore animals. Please donate whatever you can and share this post as much as possible!
