Dear delegates, bringing a laptop is necessary tomorrow as we will be collecting your trailers in the USB!
We also recommend you to bring your own WiFi to take out examples of trailers!

All team captains have been emailed the event guide, we strongly advise you all to go through it thoroughly and get it printed for your comfort!
Get ready for HeadStart's most exciting event yet!

Event feature: Theatre Round.
During the theatre round, delegates will be required to bring props/accessories which they will use to depict their characters. They will have to make a trailer of 1-2 minutes and will be judged according to their acting skills, dialogue delivery, visual appeal of the trailer etc.
Delegates will not require costumes, instead masks will be enough however delegates are encouraged to bring certain props as we will not provide you with any props.
There will be 5 sets to choose from, each delegation will get a choice of only 1 set where they will be allocated a certain time limit to shoot their trailer.
They will also have to incorporate the sponsor they recieve in the Press Conference into their trailer.
After you have shot the trailer you will use a video editing software to covert it into a full fledged trailer.

Windows users: Adobe premier or Windows Movie Maker

Even though Internet will be accessible and provided, we strongly advise all delegates to bring their own internet devices as well.
