𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗜 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝟯𝟱 🎂 … 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝘆 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗼.

And no, I didn’t wake up with all the answers.
But I did wake up with clarity I never had at 25.

At 25, I was chasing.
At 30, I was proving.
At 35…
I’ve finally started 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴.

Reclaiming my pace.
My purpose.
And my version of what success actually feels like.

Here’s what no one tells you about your mid-30s:
​
🎯 You can be “successful” on paper… and still feel stuck.
😬 You can lead teams… and still feel unsure inside.
🧭 You can check all the boxes… and still ask, “Wait, is this it?”

This birthday isn’t a celebration of having it all figured out.
It’s a checkpoint where I chose to get real.
About what I want, how I want to lead, and what I’m no longer willing to tolerate.
