Position Title: HR Compliance Officer
Location: Sundar Industrial Area, Lahore
Job Type: Permanent
Salary Range: 60k – 65k
Job Responsibilities:
•Strengthened compliance framework for service providers.
•Led employee welfare initiatives and benefits facilitation.
•Managed HR operations and implemented best practices for 3rd party employees.
•Ensured statutory compliance for 3rd party employees.
•Led audits, screenings, and bonus disbursements for service providers.
•Managed 3rd party contractors, including contracts and disciplinary controls.
•Built capability and provided training on statutory compliance and disciplinary procedures.
•Coordinated with the EHS department to reduce workplace violence.
Job Requirements:
·BBA or MBA in Business Administration
·2 years of experience in the same position.
· Excellent Communication skills
