LetConnectTalent (LCT) is actively seeking a talented and motivated accountant to join our esteemed client in Karachi.

Job Description:
Review ledger entries, ensure compliance, and control the chart of accounts.
Manage monthly closings, trial balance reviews, and journal vouchers.
Develop and implement accounting policies for accuracy, timeliness, and deadlines.
Review balance sheets and journal vouchers for expenses, prepayments, and provisions.
Maintain the accounting system, assist staff, and generate reports.
Prepare monthly management accounts and report packs.
Develop cost sheets, pricing, and recommendations.
Create and present annual budgets, aligning with organizational goals.
Prepare annual financial statements
Manage cashflow, factoring, and discounting in collaboration with banks.
Assist with bank queries and information requests.
Coordinate annual audit schedules and external auditors.
Support the training and management of accounting staff.
Prepare ad-hoc reports.

⏰ Experience: 2-3 years

Job Title: Human Resources Analyst - System & Reporting

Role and Responsibilities:

Collects and compiles HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the HCM and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, competitors practices, and other sources.
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership.
Identifies and recommends reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.
Facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives.
Master data management and Employee record.
Manage employee record i.e., receive from talent acquisition, transfer to record ensure digital records availability, maintain tracker and lead audits.
Maintain employee master data in HCM and / Other systems related to employees i.e. joining, compensation changes, transfers, promotion, dependents, beneficiaries and separations etc.
Monthly analysis for the HR Analytics and Reporting.
Collaborate with Talent, and Payroll for dashboard and publish insights report
Ensure data hygiene (accuracy & completeness) on monthly quarterly basis
Timely report Manager HR insights and monthly reports to Manager HR
Maintain job evaluations database
Look for opportunities and automate manual reporting
Maintain employee policies portal
Maintain employee record and ensure record availability in digital and physical
Provide customized analytics and insights as & when needed
Manage all employee services i.e., loans, payments, letters, system inputs etc
Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.
May assist HR leadership with staffing, recruiting, and departmental budgets.
May guide and/or assist with performance, benefit, and compensation review and evaluation processes.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
Bachelors and Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

Experience:
At least 3-4 years of experience (relevant HR experience in the areas of managing HRIS, Reporting and Automation in related areas such as job classification and compensation, recruitment, selection, training, employee benefits, and/or equal opportunity compliance preferred.
