On 8th July 2025, an insightful online webinar titled "ERICSSON MICROWAVE LINKS: Bridging Long-Distance Wireless Communication" was successfully organized, featuring Mr. Zahid Chishti as the distinguished speaker. With his deep expertise in microwave transmission systems and extensive professional experience in the telecommunications sector, Mr. Chishti provided a comprehensive overview of Ericsson’s cutting-edge microwave solutions, highlighting their critical role in enabling high-capacity, long-distance wireless connectivity. His presentation was both technically enriching and practically relevant, especially for those interested in next-generation wireless communication. At the conclusion of the webinar, Prof. Dr. BS Chowdhry, Vice-Chair of the IEEE MTTS Society, shared his concluding remarks. He warmly appreciated Mr. Zahid Chishti for his valuable insights and praised the efforts of the organizing team. He extended special thanks to IEEE MTT-S Mehran UET Student Chapter Advisor Dr. Permanand Soothar, and acknowledged Dr. Badar Munir, who joined the session from Italy, for his participation and support.
